Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
This policy explains how Robomotion AI Producer handles information when a user connects a Google or YouTube account.
Information the application accesses
With the user's permission, the application may access YouTube channel identity and metadata, playlists, videos, thumbnails, captions, and OAuth credentials required to perform authorized YouTube operations.
How information is used
Google user data is used only to display the connected channel and to carry out actions the user requests, such as uploading a video, setting its metadata or thumbnail, adding captions, and placing it in a playlist.
Storage and security
For the local desktop deployment, OAuth credentials and production records are stored on the user's own workbench machine. They are not embedded in these public pages and are not sold, rented, or used for advertising. This public website does not use analytics cookies or collect Google user data.
Sharing
Information is transmitted to Google APIs only as necessary to complete the user's requested operation. We do not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Local OAuth credentials are retained until the user disconnects the channel, removes the local credentials, or revokes access from the Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting a channel in the workbench removes its locally stored authorization. Users may also visit Google Account permissions to revoke access.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
